We started NP Wendys & Nutec Houses to help fill the insatiable appetite for affordable, quality, legally built, timber framed structures in Cape Town and the Western Cape. We worked for some decent companies who were swamped with work, we saw some con-artists who were taking advantage of the low number of genuinely trustworthy companies at the mid- to low end of the market, and we realized that even the reliable companies weren't always doing things as well as they could- cutting corners, using unqualified plumbers and electricians- putting peoples lives at risk.

So we pooled our talents and resources and put up our shingle, with the aim to have a Wendy house manufacturing company that delivered on what it said it would do- provide quality Wendy houses, at reasonable and competitive rates, in a timely mannner that complied with all SABS and local building regulations.

We are growing our reputation with clients. Word of mouth and referals being our main source of business speaks volumes to how highly our clients value our services.
